I look forward to the summer olympics every 4 years! I find so much inspiration and motivation from watching the games. So, this year I decided to create 3 olympic inspired workouts! Swimming which focuses on shoulder and back strength, flexibility and mobility. A Gymnastic workout which focuses on core strength and stretching.
