The more information you input the better it becomes. you have the opportunity to input info on mood, flow, diet, sexual activity, activity level/workouts. Nike Training Club (NTC) is a free workout app! This app has tons of free workouts of all skill levels. You can do workout created and inspired by some of your favorite athletes. As you reach your goals you'll unlock special deals and rewards. Nike Running Club (NRC) is one of my favorite apps for tracking my running miles! But, you don't have to run. NRC is a great app for tracking your walks as well. NRC has added guided runs with some of your favorite athletes and celebrities such as Bill Nye and Kevin Hart. You can even do runs with Headspace! These guided runs add an extra level of meditation and motivation to your workout.
